Zakaria’s Senior Session at Bothell Landing Park

I talk about Bothell Landing Park and there’s a reason for it: It’s great for so many different shooting situations. I’ve done numerous family and couples sessions here but it’s great for senior sessions as well. Zakaria is a graduating high school senior who plays soccer. I was excited to spend an hour here to get several senior portrait photos with different scenery and outfits.

The open by the playground was a great location to kick things off. There’s the river in the background, a tree, and several benches which are perfect for getting a variety of poses in. We got some standing, leaning, and sitting poses all within a few steps within each other! There’s also some more “motion” photos we were able to stag with the architecture in the background.

I never usually have an opportunity to do this for mini sessions due to the lack of time, but with this session, we took advantage of the boardwalk area and got some more photos and poses. Though the fall season was fading away at this time, Bothell landing park is still a great location for a photoshoot for anyone and everyone!
