Terra Valley Farms is formerly known as “The Fields at Willie Green’s” prior to rebranding. As the name suggests, this wedding venue also operates as a farm where they sell fresh seasonal produce. With 20-acres of open space, Terra Valley Farms will not disappoint and will be sure to provide natural beauty. Their venue space features beautiful organic and natural decor such as bamboo plants, a circular stone firepit, and beautiful wood ceremony and pavillion reception spaces.

In the fall of 2023, Chelcie took over the farm as the new owner. With a passion for creating a space for celebrations and gatherings, Chelcie is continuing the farm’s legacy to uphold tradition, nurture, and honor the memories created at Terra Valley Farms.

Ceremony and Reception Spaces

The Ceremony Garden features a passive pavillion stage along with countless flat bench seating for your guests. It is surrounded by a beautiful pond, and bamboo trees with rich leaves. All your wedding guests will feel like there is nothing but nature around. With a natural stationary arch in the back of the ceremony garden, it is the perfect spot to place florals that will provide a very inviting atmosphere for not only your guests, but your wedding party as they walk down the aisle.

The Reception Pavillion at Terra Valley Farms in Monroe, WA

The Reception Pavilion combines the perfect blend of rustic charm and elegance. With a semi-transparent white tent, you and your guests will be sure to be protected from the unpredictable PNW weather, and have natural light come in. Furthermore, the reception pavilion takes “open concept” to another level: there are you walls. The Pavilion is framed by natural wood studs and provide a beautiful open concept that gives you gorgeous views of nature at every angle, while also providing plenty of natural light to ensure your reception photos look beautiful. There is no “worst seat in the house” at the Reception Pavilion. Every seat is warm and inviting to provide guests maximum comfort and entertainment. The pavilion extends out to accomodate additional vendors and entertainment such as a bar, photobooth, DJ, and more.

When it does rain, the Reception Pavilion can be used as the Ceremony space. Put your mind at ease if you have a winter or spring wedding at Terra Valley Farms. There is no compromise with the quality and experience of your ceremony in this Reception Pavilion.

Bridal Suite

The bridal suite is a beautiful large room, filled with natural light, bright walls and a beautiful chic interior design style. The dark beams create a perfect asymmetrical accent that contrasts the white walls, adding an elegant charm to the space. Equipped with vanity counters, wall mirrors, a massive floor mirror, a couch, side table with chairs, and refrigerator, this space has everything you need to get ready in style and comfort. Designed with a white modern fireplace, floral painting centerpiece, and elevated traditional accents, this place is a dream space to get ready in. The suite’s massive space allows for plenty of room for a large bridal party, beauty vendors, and photographers. A larger space allows your wedding photographer to achieve more flattering angles, and beautiful natural light.. It is perfect space to have soft and timeless getting ready photos that you will cherish for a lifetime.

Groom’s Suite

The groom’s suite is thoughtfully designed to have darker colors and a mid-century modern blend with an elevated traditional feel. The suite’s massive space allows your wedding photographer to capture more angles that will allow for stunning and timeless getting ready photos.

Unique Features

What makes Terra Valley Farms unique is the diversity of foliage and plant species all around. With two ponds, beautifully maintained foliage, bamboo trees, natural stone framed walkways, and open concept garden, Terra Valley Farms provides a “Japanese Garden” feel to the space, providing a sense of peace and tranquility. With a bonus space of a sub-level fire pit, your guests enjoying the fire pit will get a sense of privacy, yet is still open and accessible to the rest of the venue. Many memories will be created here over added warmth and s’mores.

Rates and Packages

2024 rates for bookings start at $5,250 for weekdays and peak at $6,400 for Saturdays. 2025 rates start at $5,500 for weekdays and peak at $6,750 for Saturdays. There is no variation in pricing for peak season so it is a great opportunity for summer and fall weddings here, although this place will look beautiful in any season. Rental package includes use of all facility and entertainment in the space, parking for 125 vehicles, rental equipment (chairs, linen, tables) lawn games, on-site kitchen and refrigeration, propane heaters, and assorted decor

Guest Count Accomodation

Terra Valley Farms can accomodate up to 200 guests and 125 vehicles. This is the perfect place to host large weddings. With plenty of open space, there is no lack of comfort for your guests at Terra Valley Farms.
