Rein Fire Ranch Fire Pit and Reception Barn

History of Rein Fire Ranch

Rein Fire Ranch began as a property acquired in 2001 as a horse property and was developed into a wedding and special events venue in 2012. It has been owned by Rich Kaalaas and George Delmar with no change in ownership throughout the history that the ranch has been launched and available to the public.

Ceremony and Reception Spaces

Ceremonies are typically held outdoors at the Ceremony Pavilion. With an open field and beautiful mountain backdrops, the Ceremony will be able to accomodate your entire guest list. There is no lack of rustic, mountain ranch style here.

The reception is held in their spacious, open barn, which can hold 225 guests comfortably and includes a dance floor. Although there are no windows in the barn, the barn opens to the outdoors with white curtains allowing plenty of natural light to diffuse through into the barn while still giving a rustic, private, and intimate feel amongst your loved ones.

Rein Fire Ranch also includes a firepit, the perfect setting for warm, intimate relaxation. There is also a Cabana Bar area that is perfect for serving your guests drinks during cocktail hour. With plenty of outdoor space surrounding the Cabana bar, your guests will be sure to immerse themselves in the wonderful natural elements and landscape of trees and mountains. A tractor also commonly comes to pick up the wedding party after the ceremonial exit, creating additional great photo opportunities. They also have at least 1 fenced horse on-site for couples interested in taking equestrian type photo ops!
