History of the Venue

Olympic View Estates was built from scratch after the property was acquired in 2013 by Trent and Pam. To say the property needed a facelift is an understatement. As a former landscaping business owner, Trent leveraged his background and landscaping talent to completely overhaul Olympic View Estates. After two years of thoughtful planning, design, renovation, and buildout, Olympic View Estates was launched as a wedding venue in 2015, hosting their first wedding for Trent and Pam’s daughter. From there, more love stories were told at Olympic View Estates. Offering a beautiful garden with a unique amphitheater style seating, Olympic View Estates has been a popular venue for nearly 10 years, and will continue to serve as a wedding venue for couples who are looking to tie the knot at the top of a hill.
Ceremony and Reception Spaces
Olympic View Estates’ iconic ceremony space features low-sloped amphitheater style seating, perfect for none of your guests have an obstructed view of the couple, while at the same time eliminating trip hazards. The rectangular arbor serves as a beautiful focal point, being framed by the ceremony seating, beautiful trees of various species, and the Olympic mountains.
The reception is held underneath their massive pergola, accomodating up to 200 guests. This percola is located right at the heart of the venue, providing views of the beautiful ceremony space, Olympic mountains, and surrounding gardens. There is a bonus indoor space for all your entertainment vendors: dance floor, bar, restrooms, photobooth, and food/catering.
Bridal Suite
The bridal suite is a charming cottage style building that boasts natural wood elements throughout. There are countless mirrors, bar stools, and a generous vanity counter to ensure your wedding party can get ready in comfort and style.
Groom’s Chambers
The groom’s suite features a similar design style to the bridal suite: natural wood elements. This suite is located in a separate spot on the venue to ensure if a first look is done, that is not inadvertently broken.
Unique Features
What is unique about Olympic View Estates is their ceremony space. There is no place more romantic, peaceful, and tranquil than tying the knot at the top of a hill, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, and views of the Olympic mountains. Just in front of the ceremonial altar is a garden waterway that connects to a beautiful koi pond. There are massive koi in the pond, and serve as entertainment for guests during cocktail hour.

Rates and Packages
The rental rate for Olympic View Estates is $8,000 for a 10am-10pm rental window. The rental rate for Sundays is $7,800, except if it preceeds a holiday, which then the rental rate is the normal price of $8,000.
Guest Count Accomodation
Olympic View Estates accomodates a maximum of 200 guests.
