History of the Venue

Twin Willow Gardens is currently on its 4th ownership, with current owners being Rebecca and Brian Grant, who acquired the property in 2019. Previous owners have had great vision for the property to be a tranquil garden space perfect for entertaining. The property has been maintained to the highest quality and standard, ensuring maximum comfort for all your guests. A significant number of improvements have been made, including an entirely new reception tent that features clean white surfaces perfect for reception photographs to look bright and natural, and the addition of two separate tiny homes that serve as getting ready spaces for the wedding party. For those couples fortunate enough to secure a booking at Twin Willow Gardens, your wedding photographer will be sure to capture beautiful wedding photos that will look absolutely stunning.

Ceremony and Reception Spaces

Twin Willow Garden’s iconic massive rectangular arbor is what sells the space. Standing at an impressive 14’ tall, the arbor acts as a true focal point for your ceremony. Acting as a blank canvas, the arbor can be decorated with a breathtaking floral arrangement, or stunning chandelier lighting that can hang directly above the couple as they’re about to tie the knot. Although the possiblities are endless, one thing for sure is that this arbor will turn heads of every single one of your guests. The gallery from your wedding photographer will further highlight just how massive this arbor is. The ceremony space is completely surrounded by trees that are even more massive than the arbor, and acts as a natural umbrella, which comes in handy at times from the unpredictable PNW weather. Without the need for umbrellas, the wedding photographs from your ceremony will look clean and immaculate.

The reception is held at the center of the venue underneath a massive 40’x60’ white permenantly grounded white canopy tent with a smooth tent liner style, providing the most clean and minimalist look. There are optional clear walls that can be setup to surround the tent during poor weather conditions to retain warmth but still allow in natural light to surround the reception space. Because the reception tent is stationed in the middle of the venue, every one of your guests will have a gorgeous view of any section of the immaculate landscape. Your entire reception wedding gallery will also look picturesque. This is truly the dream of your wedding photographer to deliver light filled, natural photographs of your reception celebration.

Getting Ready Suites

The 1st suite is a tiny home that features two separate rooms joined together by a common area equipped with a kitchenette, overlooking the beautiful garden. The rooms are equiped with oversized mirrors, lighting, and bar stools to ensure your wedding party are able to get ready in comfort and style. The kitchennette allows for relaxation after your hair and makeup are done, and allows the rooms to be cleared for the remaining wedding party members to get ready in comfort, and for finished wedding party members to grab a bite to eat before heading off for a long day of wedding photos. The dual room setup allows for the bride to don her dress in private, and to have a bridal dress reveal, something that would be a beautiful moment for your wedding photographer to capture.

Getting Ready Suite

The second getting ready suite features a comfortable and modern interior design for the wedding party to get ready in style. Also equipped with a kitchenette, there is opportunity for a break and relaxation, without running the risk of stepping outside and breaking the first look. There is plenty of natural light to allow your wedding photographer to capture clean and natural looking getting ready photos of the wedding party..

The massive rectangular arbor that spans 14’ high, surely making a statement for all your guests and serves as the main focal point for your wedding ceremony. The landscaping at Twin Willow Gardens is also like none other. Once your guests arrive, they will be know that the garden is maintained at frequent intervals from a highly skilled landcaper, and also designed by a highly talented landscape designer. There’s also a huge indoor bonus space for all your entertainment vendors, equipped with two full restrooms and a private urinal hallway. Next to this space is the catering kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to feed fresh meals to all your guests. There’s also a built in outdoor bar with built in plumbing equipped for your bartender. Rates and Packages

The rental rate for Fridays is $9,500. The rental rate for Saturdays is $10,000. Sundays are reserved for non-wedding events only.
