To say that this place is an estate property is an understatement. Ceremony and Reception Spaces

There are both indoor and outdoor options for your wedding ceremony. The outdoor option includes a massive open field plenty for hundreds of guests, with a beautiful large wooden rectangular arbor overlooking the cascade mountains in the background. The space is surrounded by beautiful foliage that includes tons of greenery along with numerous rose bushes that surround a constant flowing fountain. The path to the ceremonial space is closely connected to the cocktail outdoor entertainment space, which is located adjacent to the two story building where all the indoor activities are held, providing smooth and convenient flow of traffic for your guests. The indoor option for your ceremony is the upper level of a beautiful two story building. This grants a beautiful view of the outdoor courtyard and Sammamish Valley.

The reception is held on the lower level of the two story building. With an open floor plan and a beautiful staircase that acts as the focal point of the lower level, this space carries a lot of charm and character that will be sure to impress your guests.

Unique Features

What is unique about Lord Hill Farms is that it offers a massive guest capacity of 350, making it perfect for large weddings. Most wedding venues accomodate no more than 200-250 guests comfortably, but Lord Hill Farms has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces that will provide your guests plenty of comfort. There is a historic charm to their two story building that is great for couples who love having some character preserved, yet at the same time fully functional.

The bridal suite and groom’s suite are both located on the lower level of their site’s two story building. There is plenty of space to get ready, although the wedding party, family, and wedding coordinator should be advised that since these suites are located relatively close to each other, caution should be taken to ensure a “first look” isn’t broken.
