History of the Venue

Carleton Farm started as a farm with seasonal, family friendly activities with a farm theme. Some seasonal activities include pumpkin patch, farm animal exhibits, corn maze, and more. The farm also functions as a fresh produce market year-round.

In 2014, a wedding barn was built as a space to host love stories for couples tying the knot. The barn combines rustic farm chic with a touch of elegance. The barn has vista views of farm fields and the Olympic mountain range, setting the perfect country scenery for impressing your guests.

The ceremonial pavillion is right outside the wedding barn, and features an elevated ceremonial altar, overlooking beautiful open farmland and a vast landscape of trees. This natural scenery provides the perfect escape from the busyness of urban Seattle. The wedding courtyard is scenic, cozy, and private, and is surrounded by lush lawns and paved walks, and features cafe style lighting over the lawn, perfect for beautiful wedding photographs.

The reception is held in the Wedding barn. The barn is single level seating with high ceilings. The space is just stunning and feels completely open through their massive barn doors at two opposite ends of the barn. There are skylights that let in additional light, perfect for ensuring your guests feel like they are outdoors, but with the security, comfort, and shelter of an indoor space.

Unique Features

What is unique about Carleton Farm is their massive field privately located behind all the wedding festivities that are perfect for sunset photos. With a beautiful cornfield and sunflowers that pop up during certain seasons, this type of enviornment is unlikely to be found at any other wedding venue.

Even though this space started as a farm, all the on-site bathrooms are clean, and complete, providing full comfort for your wedding party and guests to ensure they are fresh to enjoy all the wedding festivities.

Bridal Suite

The bridal suite is directly to the wedding barn, granting ease of access to the focal point of the wedding festivities. With a dressing table, large mirrors, refrigerator, and A/C, brides are sure to be able to get ready for their big day in style and comfort.

Groom’s Suite

The grooms suite is located in a separate building on the farm property, perfect for ensuring a first look is not broken. Equipped with stools and a table top, couches, and a large mirror, and a refrigerator, the groomsmen will also be able to get ready in style and comfort.

Guest Count Accomodation

The outdoor ceremony space can accomodate 200 guests. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony can be held inside the wedding barn and accomodates 160 guests. There is plenty of on-site parking to accomodate all your guests.

Rates and Packages

The 2024 rates for venue rental package ranges from $3000-$4000 depending on the season and day of the week. Tables and chairs may be added on a la carte for an additional $300 - $750 depending on the guest count.
